Construction heating for the urban neighbourhood ‘Die Macherei’
Facts & Figures
The project
‘Die Macherei’ is characterised by a strong commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable construction. The buildings each represent innovative approaches such as timber-hybrid construction, ecological revitalisation and complete climate neutrality.
The project's heating centre was supplied by a 350 kW hot water heating centre WWH 0350 from Energy Rental, a HELOT Group company, and covered an area of approx. 31,248 m² and a cubic capacity of 93,744 m³/h.
In all weather conditions, HELOT ensured constant temperatures on the construction site, provided ideal protection against the freezing of pipes, floors and machinery and significantly reduced drying times.
We are proud to be able to make a contribution as experts in innovative and sustainable construction heating.
